Why this exists
An industry that works behind the scenes deserves a platform, a microphone and a spotlight.
Warehouses, distribution centers and fulfillment centers keep everything else moving, and the people running them rarely get a microphone. The Warehouse Underground is a town square where they can learn, trade stories and find their voice.
Ben Hopkins built it because it's the thing he wished existed earlier in his own career, especially through the rough stretches, when you'd trade a lot for someone who's been there.
The rule is simple: leadership, operations, tech and careers, discussed the way people actually talk on the floor. Nobody's selling you a framework.
